1. Who we are

NoviNine Entertainment Limited ("NoviNine", "we", "us") is a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland, Company No. 797745, with its registered office at 19 Wilkins View, Greenhills, Dublin 12, D12 DK53, Ireland. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: support@novinine.com.

2. Scope

This notice covers the website novinine.com only. Our mobile applications have their own privacy policies, available on their own websites: getctm.app and benefitcheckireland.ie.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. This processing relies on your consent, given through the cookie banner on this site, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. We do not use this data for advertising and do not share it beyond Google as our analytics processor. This website contains no contact forms and no user accounts.

4. Hosting and technical data

This website is served by Firebase Hosting, a Google service. As with any web host, the hosting infrastructure processes technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, in server logs for the purposes of delivering the site, maintaining security, and preventing abuse. Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify visitors.

5. Email correspondence

If you email us at support@novinine.com, we process your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message, solely to respond to you and to handle any follow-up. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where your enquiry relates to entering into a contract with us, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our email is hosted on Google Workspace. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any related follow-up. We do not use your details for marketing.

6. Who receives your data

We do not sell or share personal data. Our service providers (Google, for website hosting, email, and analytics) process data on our behalf under their service terms and data processing agreements. We may disclose information where required by law.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are protected by safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact support@novinine.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission: dataprotection.ie.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
